This security guy even wanted me to get of the parking lot while I was waiting for my partner who was banking in there! Wells Fargo is overall a very bad bank to bank with. I keep telling my partner that. After this incident we are moving our accounts from them.

Staff members Jessica and Robin have repeatedly refused to process deposits at the teller window unless they are placed in clear plastic bags. This is troubling because Wells Fargo has no policy requiring plastic bags for in-person deposits. Deposits should be verified and counted by the teller at the window — that is the standard practice to ensure accuracy and customer confidence. Instead, this branch appears to be enforcing its own rules, which are inconsistent with other Wells Fargo locations. The result has been unnecessary inconvenience, wasted time, and frustration. As a long-time customer, I find it unacceptable that staff members are prioritizing their own convenience over proper banking procedures and customer service. I respectfully request Wells Fargo leadership review this situation and address the behavior of Jessica and Robin to ensure customers are treated consistently and fairly across all branches.
