The branch office came through Adrian was very helpful. I was able to get what I needed. Good to have a local office and real people that will talk to you. I checked their CD RATES online considered opening a new one. The four stars is a reflection of the bank only offering 3% where others will pay 4%. The branch personnel are 5 stars, and nice facility.
