- DRDesiray RSep 17, 20251.0This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. My vehicle was totaled, and the full balance was paid off through the other party’s insurance and my GAP coverage. Despite this, Trust Bank still applied fees, claimed I was late, and even reported it to my credit without giving me a courtesy call or any explanation about why there was a balance. When everything was already paid off, this should never have happened. Do not trust this bank, there are many other banks that treat their customers far better.

- JSJessica StrongOct 29, 20211.0So my husband and I bring the 3 checks we have to cash em. Simple enough the checks are written from a BB&T bank (outta state) but still from the same bank. But thr teller says 1st that she has to verify that they are from that bank she does, then says it wasn't verified by the appropriate person, and then says the only way to cash the checks is to deposit them by opening 2 new accounts. Nope don't think so and isn't illegal, the worst bank ever. 1 start only cuz u can't leave 0
