I have worked with Fernando since 2016 (from opening my business account to changing things over from BB&T to Truist to now helping my husband from abroad open his accounts when he transitioned to USA). Fernando has been SO helpful with ANY issues I have run into. When he makes appointments with me via phone call, he calls on the dot EVERY SINGLE TIME. He is the most professional person I have ever dealt with at any bank. Always kind, professional, reliable and soft spoken even when I or my husband run into something frustrating. I cannot say enough good things about him!
