    I have had nothing but Positive experiences here at this Lakeline Location. Almendra helped me with my first Auto loan and she was outstanding. She took her time answering all my questions and gave me great advice. She went above and beyond and educated me along the way. Thank you so much, Almendra!

    This branch is right around the corner, and that’s the only reason why I go there, but this guy, Markcus, has horrible customer service every time I stop by. I usually give people grace, but first impressions go a long way. I don’t know if he needs an attitude adjustment or is having a bad day, but he could work on his approach and body language. He’s very selective toward customers, I must say, because his attitude appeared to be more welcoming towards a regular customer. I don’t care if I’m new or old; everyone should be treated the same. I opened this account for my business, and if I didn’t know any better, I would close my account. I'm not going to let one bad seed ruin my views on this company, but he should represent the company better. Shanelle Gaddis

    All I can say is thank you! Thank you to Melissa and her team for all of the hard work. I have my business accounts with them and they have worked tirelessly to help many as many small businesses as possible to receive the money they need through the SBA programs. I appreciate all of the hard work it has given me the opportunity to keep the doors open!
