  I've given my information to three different representatives. My credit was ran three times. I completed the verification process that was sent to me. Proof of income, identity and proof of address. I would call to check in on the process of my loan and one time I was told it was paused because the girl who started it took the day off then I called again and they had no Information even after sending in my information. I then had my credit ran again and was told I needed to give them bank statements and a copy of my lease. None of which was mentioned in my two previous attempts to apply for my loan. This office is very unorganized very unprofessional..why would my credit need to be ran three times for one loan. I was applying for $750 for car repairs and this company cannot even get the approval paperwork taken care of. I spoke to three different agents in regards to this application.

  Constant barage of calls for someone I haven't spoken to in years. Avoid this business at all costs unless you want weekly voice mails.
