If there are 4 windows and 10 representatives on hand then all 4 windows should be utilized. Especially 20 minutes from closing

- AAAtxAres86Aug 25, 20251.0I don't understand why the drive thru teller was replaced with ATM machines that NEVER work. In the last 4 months I have gone atleast once every 2 weeks outside of business hours to withdraw and I have to come during my work lunch hour or transfer to my son and have him come and take money out during businesshours. Bring back the teller that was open before 9 please for those of us who can't make it during normal business hours or get rid of atm fees if yours isn't working that day. I noticed this isn't the only one with constant atm issues but it's my home base one and we used to have the teller option. Today I was going to be late to work and make it in but you had about 6 people waiting to get in so I decided to come back after work and hopefully they will be working.
