I sat there for over an hour without anyone checking on me or asking what I needed. Then suddenly, an agent came out and helped a couple who had just arrived—while I was still waiting. How would you feel in my position? Very disappointing experience.

Staff was out to lunch two days before. Could not get a checking account open without an appointment and was told otherwise via phone call. That's a FLAG!

The policies of RBFCU (having to maintain accounts with $1, having to make change by depositing and withdrawing, and my experience with bill pay was horrible), these should not reflect on the good people of this branch.
