- RRRobertAug 2, 20251.0I came in to open a new account. The first agent told me to wait for another representative. I sat there for over an hour without anyone checking on me or asking what I needed. Then suddenly, an agent came out and helped a couple who had just arrived—while I was still waiting. How would you feel in my position? Very disappointing experience.

The policies of RBFCU (having to maintain accounts with $1, having to make change by depositing and withdrawing, and my experience with bill pay was horrible), these should not reflect on the good people of this branch.

We were told that they DID offer these features (online funds transfers from other banks) turns out they DONT offer that feature. Would have been nice to know BEFORE we wasted our time and let them run both our credit! If MODERN online features are important to you GO ELSEWHERE! We are closing our 5 hour old accounts ASAP and contesting our credit check!
