Travis smells bad, doesn't intervene in conflicts, and doesn't take action when needed. Both of them display poor management skills and fail to provide a positive environment for staff and members. Overall, their management is a disservice to RBFCU.

If you go after hours to simply withdraw some money, you can’t, because there isn’t someone there to verify your info. Pretty useless to have an ATM when you can’t use it when it’s convenient for you. Very poor choice to have this.
