- JKjesse keenanFeb 20, 20253.0Drive-thru is advertised as being open at 7:00 a.m. which it is. However, The drive-thru doesn't provide an option to speak with a bank-teller. These are simply drive-thru ATM machines. The Google profile should be updated to reflect that the ATM machines are available 24/7, and they should remove the drive-thru hours or change them to mirror the in-store banking hours. I've always received great customer service from RBFCU. I dislike leaving a three-star review, but this misinformation added an avoidable hour in Austin traffic. And my banking needs are still unaddressed until I can schedule another time to go to the bank.
