- KPKelly PearsonJan 3, 20261.0There was an automatic payment my friend stopped. They continued to pay it. Account went negative. They not only did not make it right but told my friend an elderly woman on a fixed income too bad. It’s a horrible bank. Don’t trust them with your money. Run away.

I had a suspicion someone was trying to sign into my account so I called the fraud department (I'm on hold with them as I type this). They put a hold on my account and told me I should have new accounts made. I said okay, and they transferred me over to someone to arrange that. Tge lady said she won't make new accounts for me and that the fraud department won't unlock my account until I take my computer in to best buy or somewhere and PAY SOMEONE to "clean my conputer". So now my money is being held hostage? Bullshit. I'm disabled and have a limited income. The little money I have is in that account and they want me to use however much of it it takes to PAY SOMEONE to "clean my computer" but I can't even access what little money I have because they've locked my account. Tgis needs to be resolved NOW.

My boyfriend went in yesterday to close his account, and even though he clearly told them he only wanted to close HIS account, they closed my account as well — I recently added him to my account on Friday, but he clearly stated just HIS account. On top of that, I had pending transactions, so my account should have never been closed immediately. Any competent bank knows you don’t close an account with transactions still pending. Today, when I checked, I discovered they took those pending transactions out of my savings account, which is still open. Since this happened, I’ve been getting nothing but the runaround. No one wants to take responsibility, no one will fix their errors, and their customer service has been absolutely terrible. This has caused unnecessary stress and headaches being that my payroll check comes in tomorrow, but I guess not anymore! Now I have to deal with waiting on my paycheck. I will be cutting all ties with this bank and taking my business somewhere that actually values and respects their customers. I do NOT recommend banking here.
