Each location of Randolph Brooks has the ability to create policies to fit its daily activities and may not be the same if you went to another location. In my resent visit to Randolph I had a issue on depositing some money. I turned in x amount of money and they said it was less, and was in disbelief bc I had counted that money before going to the back. Two different tellers handled the money before giving it back to be examined by me. When asked about the policy of employees handling money during the event of a miscount I was advised that I couldn’t read the policy. The manager stated that I could not see the policy and I had to take her word on the procedures. I was astonished by her behavior and was wondering what was she hiding and how bad was it for me to ask to see the policy to verify the procedure. In the end I caution individuals who deal with Randolph Brooks concerning their procedures and always watch who counts your money and how many hands are involved if there is a miscount.
