- ANAlex Navarro2 days ago1.0Tried to switch my father's IRA here, he did the interview and was told to provide his latest statement via email to a specific one he was given. He was told that they would take care of it from there. Sent it, and no word from them in over a month. Just went there today, and asked about it. To my surprise they said that no one had worked on it, and that it just sat there; that I had to provide them with the latest statement again. Unbelievable, all this time spent and they can't do their job right. Like always, all we got was the typical "I'm sorry". Someone needs to be fired, because obviously they can't do their job right. Might consider moving everything away from RBFCU completely. What a joke!
- AMAlfred MartinezSep 4, 20253.0Does this bank maintain their ATM machines. NOPE!!! They have two outside and 90% of the time ATMs are not working. Either offline or issue with reading the card. I was at this location yesterday and both machine were not functioning. I go inside thinking hey maybe they have a ATM inside but guess what no machine inside. Annoying to say the least!!! Please fix your ATMs or better yet replace both of them.
