- CTChanel TFeb 3, 20241.0I called before coming from Elgin to this branch and k asked “if I can cash a $3000 check as a non-customer” and the lady told me YES through the drive thru. I arrived and was told that a drive thru transaction for cash is only $1,000. NOT OKAY ever because I could have gone to a location that was open. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and the lack of concern for the inconvenience. Only option was “wait until Monday at 9am”
