- AMAssistant to D. Levey, MDJun 3, 20242.0At this bank, you are invisible. Other than tellers, you can tell whoever can work at home, does.. and those at the bank aren't happy about it. Try getting a hold of anyone on the telephone at the bank during business hours? Forget it. And everyone's phone to voicemail. And no one returns their calls. 1st time in decades where an account was about to go negative and I couldn't get a hold of anyone. Mainly, because no one gave a hoot. I would steer you in another direction regardless of your banking needs- there are certainly better choices.

I am paraplegic she would not give me my money from my account, accused me of using a fake ID I can see why there’s such bad ratings on this bank in particular I drove 9 miles down the road they was very nice accommodating and had no problem they get customers all the time that do the same thing I’m doing from the same lady Brianna
