  This drive through location is terrible with customer service. The teller rarely acknowledge you when you pull up and almost never interact when working on your deposits. I have a business close to this location and would use it 3-4 times a week. I rarely know who is working on my deposits because they never say anything not a Hi when I pull up or a Bye when they are done. And if I ever rang for service I would be met with attitude as if I were bothering them. One particular lady by the name Cassandra, she really is the WORST.

  😵‍💫This is the biggest prosperity bank I've ever been to and there are more workers inside than I've seen, and yet they only have 1 bank teller and she tells me to sit because it'll be a while 😵‍💫 make it make sense. Will I be able to get a backup debit card, or will I have just wasted gas trying to get a backup card before before forced to leave so I can make it on time to my job?

  Can't stand this drive thru location. When using the commercial lane, you are lucky to get any kind of communication with the teller. Half the time they screw up your change order. I've been inconvenienced too many times at this location. Not going back.

  I've been going everywhere trying to get something done, and I was finally sat down and talked with to help me sort it out, a saint of a woman helped me and went through the whole process with me 😭
