  If you open at 8am, that's what I expect. I'm going to have to close out my account and find a new bank. I don't want to be sitting at the drive through sheet 8am waiting and wondering why no one is answering me to then later see the teller finally arrive and walk in. And then wait for her to get evening set up. My time is valuable and I work 14 hours shifts overnight. When I come in I'm getting off of work and the last thing I want to do is wait and wait and wait. Sorry but I can't stay with a neck that can't even be on time themselves.

  I'm a real estate investor with unpredictable income from oil and gas properties. Dena Vandigriff, President of the Westlake Branch, has assisted me with several portfolio loans to purchase houses in Austin and San Antonio. Her co-worker Laura Wavra also provides excellent, prompt service. I recommend them for investors who may not qualify for more conventional loans. Prosperity looks at my whole financial picture when determining my ability to pay, not just a pay stub (which I don't have). Because of Dena and Laura, I have been able to funnel windfalls into long-term income streams and save thousands in income taxes as well. I can wholeheartedly endorse Dena and Laura.

  Very rude upper management. Very disappointed In the way I’ve been treated as a business account holding Customer. Do not start your business account at prosperity Bank.
