I found it easiest to park in the parking garage on the visitor’s side (it’s free) and take the elevator to the first floor. As for the bank itself, my experience was great. The staff was friendly, clear, knowledgeable, and helpful. I’ve always enjoyed banking with PCB, and my first visit here was no different than other locations.
