We are pretty new to the whole investing process and when I received some automated email from the office talking about new rates, something I didn’t understand, I sent Ana an email asking for an appointment for clarification and her response was basically a reiteration of the original email. We ended up pulling out our money and looked for another advisor elsewhere.
