Ultra-friendly staff, interest-bearing checking accounts, clean app/website, fun contests (deposit $250 in savings to get 10 chances at a $1K prize each month). If the branch were open on Saturday, they'd be perfect. But their ATM has some very cool features (put in a stack of bills all at once, it counts them for you). Fed up with big-bank shenanigans? You should definitely check these guys out.
