- DSDaniela SotoMar 4, 20221.0I was yesterday in this branch ( 03/03/2022) and the service was awful, I have an appointment and the first executive in front of the door realize that my business account was open online and started to complaint about everything in my account, that my id was expire in the system and he didnt accept only my license to prove my identity, he asked for another one, which I didn't have it with me! He asked for my business documents and I showed him. He wasn't able to give me the service. I went to another branch in Grand Prairie and they give me the service immediately, without requiring all the documents that he kept asking me. I'm a costumer 4 years ago with my personal accounts and never experienced this kind of service.
