What about a 93 year old lady that has never been able to book an appointment online? It’s a sad day when the customer is no longer important. The employees were standing around talking, yet would not help me as I walked in needing only about 15 minutes to take care of a situation which WF is now charging my mom for! They made this change without even notifying us. Just started a new charge on the account. If I could, I would move our banking, but it’s just too challenging in these times. They know that. That’s why WF no longer cares.
