At Truist, our purpose is to inspire and build better lives and communities. That happens through real care to make things better. To meet client needs, to empower teammates, and to lift up communities.
I recently encountered an issue with both my personal and business banking accounts. Truist was in the process of terminating our relationship, which put my account and client transactions at serious risk.
However, Asia Alcorn went above and beyond. Not only did she ensure my payment was processed, but she also took immediate action to safeguard incoming Zelle payments from my clients, ultimately preserving my account and the banking relationship with Truist. Remarkably, she did all of this while simultaneously training a new banker.
I truly hope Truist recognizes the exceptional value Asia brings to their team. Her professionalism, dedication, and ability to manage complex situations under pressure reflect extremely well on the institution she represents.

I have been with this bank since 2019, it was great with the previous Manager, Helping all the customers and having a good relationship with them, but unfortunately, now with the newest manager, I can say it’s the worst, bad attitude and bad customer service, I don’t even have an account manager like before, and if you ask the manager for any help, she’s going talk to you and disgusting way which is I really hate it, definitely I’m not gonna stay with them

What type of bank can't cash their own small cashier check because they "don't have enough money"? This one, this is a bank with no money👍
