  Absolutely horrible experience. I came in to cash a check written in my name from Prosperity Bank as a non-member. I provided my valid ID and was told to “go have a seat” so the check could be verified, which I understood. However, the teller’s tone was extremely rude and unprofessional from the start. I called the accountant who issued the check in front of her to confirm its validity. When he asked which number she needed to verify the check, she said she “couldn’t verify,” yet refused to cooperate when he was actively trying to confirm it. When she finally got on the phone, she questioned whether it was truly me, treating me like a criminal rather than a customer. Even the accountant commented on how inappropriate her behavior was. After everything was verified, she then demanded fingerprints on the check, which felt unnecessary, humiliating, and profiling. This experience was demeaning and unacceptable. Policies can be enforced without disrespect or suspicion. Prosperity Bank needs to address staff training and customer treatment immediately.

  The atmosphere here isn't friendly at all. Wasn't approached with how can i help u. Its was more of what are u needing n then how may i help. Very unprofessional, not friendly n not a this particular bank.

  I opened an account for my minor child, with my money. His father and I are not married but I added his father’s name to the account. Somehow the father had my name removed from account without my knowledge nor permission. Then the father removed all funds from the account. This is not an upstanding bank and clearly operates fraudulently.

  Shout out to the entire staff at the arlington branch. From the president, to the vp, down to the wonderful teller. They care about you. Thanks for what you do and keep up the great work!

  Love this Bank is always clean and organized. Very professional Staff and Friendly. Also every time I call their customer service is very efficient and quick on solving any issues you may have with your account. Last but not least I appreciate the Bilingual staff that also make a difference with the Hispanic customers .
