- EBEmma BrownAug 22, 20251.0I’ve been doing bank runs for my store for 2 years now and have never had a problem with taking out money from the account, but recently there has been a consistent issue. This issue only involves this location, the reason I say this is because I have been to multiple other locations and they have not had a problem with me taking money out for my store. This location in particular has told me that I am not authorized to pull money from the account, and she even calls the southlake location to make sure I am authorized and they always tell her I am. At this point she is accusing the southlake location to giving me money just because they know me. She also holds my id hostage the whole time that she’s trying to figure out the issue. She does unnecessary steps to come to the same conclusion every time, which is that I am authorized and always have been. I just tired of always being accused and not trusted even if she has seen me before. This is becoming a reoccurring issue.
