She has never had the encounter what just happened. My sister came out of there crying. YOUR so called "district manager" who's been doing this for 12 years name AUDREY made her feel interrogated. Asked way more than she should. When my sister let her know she was giving her anxiety and why all these questions, sure->updated check stubs, ok. Bank info<- okay. But more than that? when Audrey saw her tearing up, and asked why my sister told her she was getting anxiety and Audrey then felt offended and instead of being compassionate she made her feel even more unwelcomed telling her "why are you just standing there and crying"?? . Could have at least respected the way she felt and show empathy instead she was treated with the opposite. TERRIBLE manager and now were taking our business elsewhere instead. The amount of money made off my family at least some respect. How do you see someone tearing up in front of you and you be the one who's offended? She did this in front of other customers.
