    As a widow I walked into TDECU to handle some business. I laid out a will, cashiers check, death certificate and my debit card. I apparently inconvenienced the teller because instead of apologizing for my situation he informed me he was stressing out because he thought I was closing an account and he only had 9 minutes left till his lunch break. I asked him to get someone else. Once again without any apology or acknowledging my situation he goes for help. I decided I didn’t want to do business there anymore and was very upset. I said very loudly in the lobby that I just wanted to close my account. Once again, without apology comes the staff yelling at me for making a scene when they have a very strict lunch break policy that they must stick to!! We can just say things escalated very quickly. I stormed out without an apology only scolded for inconvenience during their strict lunch schedule. I never knew appointments were necessary with TDECU!! Good luck banking there. The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. And about 5 of these were women. 5 women looking into the eyes of a widow unapologetically only upset I interrupted their lunch schedule! What a damn shame!
