  The fine folks at Prosperity are undeniably "MAKING BANKING GREAT AGAIN!". After 40 plus years using DOWs local branch as my main financial institution for all of my business & personal accounts, I made the switch over the lack of trust they created for themselves. Endured multiple account breaches & costly fraud incidents which had to be dealt with by giving ALL of my personal info to their contracted sweat shop tech in some 3rd world country who can't even speak in plain English, much less show anything close to common courtesy. I'd become nothing more than a number at TDECU, and each time I needed to anything AT the actual bank it took SO much time out of my day that the combined losses were more than I could continue to afford. Completly suprised & impressed. Prosperity bank has taken banking back to what I remember it to be like way back when. When you are treated like a valued member after many years of frustrating incompetence, you wonder why you hung on so long! These people are the REAL DEAL! Cannot say how much it means to be respected, appreciated, & to trust everyone to handle my financial transactions with timely efficiency ALL while being treated like family! ROCK ON PROSPERITY BANK! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO! MOST OF ALL, THANKS FOR ADDING YEARS TO MY LIFE BY ELIMINATING SO MUCH STRESS I'D ATTAINED WITHOUT REALIZING. Really think most of us have just accepted that customer service is simply dead everywhere, AND IT IS NOT! Let Prosperity bank show you what a bank experience CAN be! Grateful & beyond. ♥️
