- JZJacob ZeilerNov 17, 20252.0I literally can't use the business bank account I opened three days ago. Ms. Sarah Zepp, WF banking representative, was absolutely awesome. She managed to get my account squared aware including business line of credit, and made it a pleasure to do so. Wells Fargo locked me out of my account when I attempted to link this new account to another bank account, of which I also own, saying it was a security violation. After two calls, multiple holds, and no less than 20 minutes on the phone trying to open my own account I had to give up. Not a bank I would recommend doing any business with, there are too many other options in town with much more competent service
