They wanted 10.00 to cash a check drawn on their own bank. I refuse to do business now with anyone who uses Wells Fargo rather than experience their extortion.

I brought my 7 year old to deposit her saved change, not thinking or realizing we needed to roll the coins beforehand. However, Erick seeing how excited she was to bring her money, went ahead and hand counted all of it. He could’ve easily denied us, understandable so. But he didn’t. He made the experience for her great and I am so grateful for his gesture. Thank you Erick.

They proceeded to then charge me $10 for the privilege of cashing the check. As I’m holding my shoeless children and politely asking the manager to waive the ridiculous fee, she had the gall to insult my current banking institution and attempt to sell me an account with Wells Fargo. The irony almost made me laugh out loud. No thank you. Bank local and avoid Wells Fargo with everything you have.
