    The Wells Fargo on Washington Street Has some of the rudest managers there i came into the bank three times and was told to come back the next day which I did every day just for tell them to tell me that they didn’t have enough time to help me with an estate account.

    I received an 80.00 refund from local medical provider drawn on a Wells Fargo account. I stopped in at this location to cash the check. They wanted 10.00 to cash a check drawn on their own bank. I refuse to do business now with anyone who uses Wells Fargo rather than experience their extortion.

    I’ve been to this location a hand few of times and every time has been a good experience. But today I really wanted to shout out Erick for going above and beyond. I brought my 7 year old to deposit her saved change, not thinking or realizing we needed to roll the coins beforehand. However, Erick seeing how excited she was to bring her money, went ahead and hand counted all of it. He could’ve easily denied us, understandable so. But he didn’t. He made the experience for her great and I am so grateful for his gesture. Thank you Erick.

    Terrible service and company policy. The employees made me come inside with two infants to cash a check from Wells Fargo. They proceeded to then charge me $10 for the privilege of cashing the check. As I’m holding my shoeless children and politely asking the manager to waive the ridiculous fee, she had the gall to insult my current banking institution and attempt to sell me an account with Wells Fargo. The irony almost made me laugh out loud. No thank you. Bank local and avoid Wells Fargo with everything you have.

    Watched kim being visually and verbally aggressive with a male who didnt speak english. I offered to translate for him because he was just asking to check his balance and cash a check. The man left upset and she made a distasteful remark to next person in line about having to survive non English speaking people. Really unprofessional and unpleasant to watch.
