  I got a check written out to me with FCB logo on it, but now that the bank is called Prosperity (on everything but the actual business building), you have to pay a fee to cash out checks. Thankfully, not much, but considering there are no FCB's in Amarillo anymore because of "Prosperity", I don't see how it's my fault I got a check written out from a FCB customer...

  If I could- 0 stars. Rude customer service. Got an attitude with me rather than listening to my situation. Not to mention they didn't even ask if my phone number was a good one to reach out to for a callback. I already updated and changed my address through my old bank and apparently didn't go through their new systems. I can't even get a new card because I have to sign another change of address when I already have before plus I have no access to a printer at all. So my first paychecks are going to be in an account and I cant even use to pay bills.How ironic. I'm 900 miles away from the nearest bank and probably get evicted from my house with my kid. Way to go. Absolutely frustrating to the max. I didn't even know my old bank transferred over to this one. No emails, no letter mail even though my old bank had my updated address and I have been getting paper mail along with emails. Absolutely frustrating.
