- APAntonio De La PazNov 11, 20251.0Terrible experience! We went to this branch twice to update our business account — the first time to remove someone from the account and add myself and my wife. We also ordered new debit cards. After waiting over 3 weeks, no cards ever arrived. When we went back, we found out they never even added us to the account, so we had to redo all the paperwork again from scratch. We were told this time everything was done correctly and new cards were ordered. Today I called Wells Fargo corporate, and they confirmed no debit card requests were ever filed on their end. Absolutely unacceptable. This branch clearly does not know what they’re doing and has caused nothing but wasted time and frustration.

- BSBems SatoJun 15, 20251.0Review of Wells Fargo Alvin, TX Branch (2900 S Gordon St) On a recent visit to the Alvin branch to notarize a power of attorney, I was deeply disappointed by the unprofessional conduct of the branch manager (i will not mention the name), She was abrupt and dismissive, stating that an appointment was required and that she needed to see the witnesses signing, which wasn’t feasible as my witnesses were already signed the docs. She asked several irrelevant questions, such as details about the document’s purpose, which felt intrusive and delayed the process unnecessarily. It was clear she was in a hurry to leave, as she repeatedly checked the time, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer. To make matters worse, the designated notary employee was absent, and Ms. Brandy offered no alternative solutions. This frustrating experience forced me to seek assistance elsewhere. I urge the branch to improve staff training and ensure notary services are accessible without such obstacles. Review of Wells Fargo Pearland Parkway, TX Branch In stark contrast, my visit to the Pearland branch later that day was outstanding, thanks to Mr. Joshua David Carr. Despite arriving just 10 minutes before closing on a busy Saturday, Mr. Carr welcomed me warmly and handled the notarization of my power of attorney with remarkable efficiency and expertise. He meticulously reviewed each document, ensuring everything was in order, and explained the process clearly, putting me at ease. His professionalism and dedication, even at the end of a long day, were truly impressive. Mr. Carr’s exceptional customer service turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. He deserves high praise for his commitment to clients—kudos to him and the Pearland team!
- GFGatcha FJan 6, 20191.0Very unprofessional races experience I had with the main lady opening in the mornings of course White race had something to say about my Rihanna flipping shirt ..That supposedly wasn't appropriate was talking about with the other white people in line two Chinese people laughed it seem not to bother them and they liked my shirt but the white race did nothing but discriminate but of course I defended my self don't stay quiet speak your mind because they have the nerve to discriminate stand for yourself and yes I'm Hispanic and proud to be one ....
