- APAntonio De La PazNov 11, 20251.0Terrible experience! We went to this branch twice to update our business account — the first time to remove someone from the account and add myself and my wife. We also ordered new debit cards. After waiting over 3 weeks, no cards ever arrived. When we went back, we found out they never even added us to the account, so we had to redo all the paperwork again from scratch. We were told this time everything was done correctly and new cards were ordered. Today I called Wells Fargo corporate, and they confirmed no debit card requests were ever filed on their end. Absolutely unacceptable. This branch clearly does not know what they’re doing and has caused nothing but wasted time and frustration.
