- BRBryan RussellDec 23, 20252.0I have a young man I've been helping to get his life together, I have banked with Wells Fargo for 30 years, I sent him to open an account since they were offering the free $300. He waited his 90 days, met all criteria and didn't receive it. We have called multiple times and each time we have found out someone just didn't do their job. It's been 5 months now and we just found out today the person he spoke to last time did not submit the information for him to get his money again. It's really sorry to screw over a young man struggling in life, I'll be going next week to close my account and move it to a bank that takes better care of it's customers.

I have been coming here for 14 years and the entire staff have always been super polite courteous understanding, they know and understanding banking laws and guidelines!! I go into the bank to get cash if it's during open hours instead of using ATM because I'm ALWAYS greeted by super smiling tellers KATHERINE & COURTNEE & others as well, I like the HUMAN on HUMAN contact, unfortunately it's becoming a thing of the past😔 So I'm suggesting if need to have your day brightened up and need to do some banking go inside you'll be greeted with respect & kindness and when you leave you'll walk out into a much brighter day!! Just set your mind to it, it's FREE✌️😃 Y'ALL HAVE NOTHING BUT GREAT DAYS IN YOUR LIVES!! As for Katherine and Courtnee, thank you for being you and making my days brighter!!
