I opened a personal and business account with this Truist location and have been very impressed with the team. Mike has an iron clad memory it seems and goes above and beyond!

I scheduled an appointment at this Truist branch and planned my day around it. Upon arrival, no one asked whether I had an appointment or acknowledged it in any way. I was directed to wait in line at the teller counter before finally speaking with someone. I was told, “I’ll call the banker,” and the employee immediately turned back to counting money without any further instruction, greeting, or indication of where to wait.
After sitting down on my own, the banker called out to me from across the branch rather than coming to greet me. When I entered her office, there was no greeting, handshake, or offer to sit. She remained seated, focused on her computer, and immediately began requesting paperwork.
This was particularly frustrating because I had already established this business account at a Truist branch in North Carolina. At that location, the process was professional and efficient, and I was clearly informed that only a few remaining items were needed. All prior documentation had already been submitted and should have been visible in the system. Instead, I was asked to provide multiple documents again, without any attempt to review the existing file.
When I explained that I would need to retrieve additional information, the banker simply said “fine,” turned back to her work, and did not formally close the interaction.
This experience reflected a consistent lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer courtesy. Based on this interaction, I will be moving my accounts elsewhere. Additionally, my business partner, who maintains several hundred thousand dollars with Truist, will also be transferring his accounts.
I do not recommend this branch due to the quality of service and the way customers are treated. So unprofessional.

Bill is a very knowledgeable and understanding banker. His ability to interpret federal regulation and audit a bank error, where another branch failed to do, saved Truist my business and probably a major FDIC audit
