  The people are nice but this bank is terrible. Everything is an issue. You want to close your account. You got to talk to multiple people. You want to make a deposit. It's over a certain amount. Oh no! They got to bring in somebody else. You brought in too much cash. Oh you got to sit down and wait forever while they counted out behind the counter where you can't see. The management. There is terrible. They put some sort of block on accounts so you can't pull out a lot of money or use a certain amount of money even though there is more than enough to cover it in the account. I would never bank here ever again and I cannot wait to pull all of my money out once they finally allow me to close the account

  Wish I could rate with negative stars. Needed to cash out a CD. Started with the Plano branch, was told the person who could help me was out to lunch. Came to the Allen branch on Custer and McDermott. There was someone that could help. I was told that because it was Friday, they wouldn’t have enough money for the weekend. It was not a very large sum, and I only had a small window of time to cash it. They are a bank, hello! The bank manager was indifferent. Needless to say 2hrs and 15 minutes later I was able to get my money and leave. Horrible customer service!

  Have been a long time customer here since it was Legacy but it has gone down hill. There is only one good teller and the management doesn't know how to treat customers. They made me feel like I was a criminal when trying to deposit a large check (for me). Maybe they are OK for small personal accounts, but not good for businesses.

  LegacyTexas Bank By far the worst bank I've ever banked with, awful customer service rude staff asian guy who I think is the supervisor is cluelessor just dont give a s@#t. I'm not the type of person to write reviews but going to this bank is the worst part of my day. if I had the power to change the Business account I would ... go to Chase if you want friendly service and bank who really care about there business clients . maybe its just the branch.. they got me shaking my head every time I go...
