- NDNathan DemersAug 7, 20245.0Erica is awesome the Allen location in general is awesome. Plano and McKinney, mostly McKinney have given me problems. But the Allen location has always been very helpful, they address issues with a level of common sense that seems absent at other locations. And I just highly recommend if you have an issue reach out to the Allen location, and Erica is always professional and takes care of the problem not just transfers me to someone else.
