She waited for 45 and asked again, and they were rude and told her that it would be at least another hour. After being with this bank for over 30 years, we will not be doing business here any longer, moving to CC branch that is organized and customer friendly.

I decided to call Wells Fargo directly and deal with the situation. After 10 minutes on the phone they were able to fix the situation without any hesitation. Bottom line........... call. Don’t waste your breath or time here; they will not help.
