    Let’s face it experiences with banks have been less than ideal these days. However I have to say Donny and his branch are working on changing that. I came in with a less than ideal situation and he and his team went above and beyond to help me out. What struck me most was that they genuinely care about their clients and did everything in their power to assist me. Can’t thank them enough.

    I came to this bank today to open an account the bank manager Donny start off ok. then started telling me he could not open my account because of some unknown person open my account 7 years ago. It's not on my credit report. I ask hm how to go about it he then said he could open my account but they will close it the next day. I just feel he was lying about opening my account. Also he didn't provide steps on how this can be erased. Due to it being old. He made me feel uncomfortable. Horrible manager. He did provide me with a number and I have been on hold almost an hour. Even if I clear this up. I dont think I want to bank with such bank that doesn't feel the need to help you resolve your situation. Still on hold as I type. 1 hour now. Since i have left.
