  Like a few users earlier mention, customer service and relationship management has hit new lows at Prosperity, especially this branch. I have had issues with tellers depositing checks to the incorrect account, overdraft fees when a savings account is active for overdraft protection, the list goes on. Their mobile deposit system is what really tipped to me writing the review. Deposited a check on the mobile deposit and the fraud department calls and says this is a fraud.. I mentioned I will take the physical check and deposit (no reason given as to why they though this was a fraud). At the bank they say there is a 7 business day hold (after having me wait for about 45 minutes). When I told them there is no reason for a hold, they went back and forth with the manager of this branch and finally, as if doing me a favor, said they can do this as a one time favor. What? In this whole ordeal there is nothing I had done wrong. Their mobile systems is outdated and instead of accepting their fault, the blame a customer banking with them with multiple accounts and a LOC for about 22 years! I will surely try and move everything to other banks...

  I cannot recommend the Prosperity Bank branch in Addison highly enough. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are met with a level of helpfulness and professionalism that truly sets this banking center apart. The entire staff, without exception, embodies what great customer service should be. Every single interaction whether I'm making a simple deposit or needing assistance with online banking has been seamless and positive.
