- SPSofia PalaciosMay 15, 20241.0Personally this branch is useless to me, even though it is the only one within 29 miles of me. Due to them thinking only people who don’t work normal business hours deserve to use their services. I think it’s only logical that they put a drive through and have it open till at least 6, like some other guaranty banks. As MOST people work Monday though Friday till 4:30, therefore they don’t get a chance to go to the bank during the week. Again, rendering this branch useless & causing their customers, who don’t want to drive over 20 miles away, extra fees at non-Guaranty Bank ATMs for something as simple as a cash withdrawal. Be better.

Short hours, sketchy homemade app, won’t take deposits without holds and begging them to please deposit my money I worked for. Should not be this hard or frustrating to deal with a bank. I thought a “local” bank would be better than this. No better than an “impersonal” big bank.
