The phone service for BBVA is extremely frustrating thats why I always go inside a branch to get help from a live person instead of the automated phone service.But that isnt the branches fault its a corporate decision, not something any of the employees at this bank can change. I do wish corporate would do something to make it easier to speak to customer service and get problems solved over the phone instead of having to take time off of work to come into a branch and get my issues resolved.
