Trying to get change for $120.00 and they wanted to charge me a 10% fee. None of the other first Financial Banks have ever said anything about a fee. Only this location has ever given me problems, and the customer service is horrible. No wonder your ratings are 2.4. Management should really work on the customer service at this location because you may have just lost a customer that has been with yall for a very long time over $20.00.
