- JSJustin StricklandJul 28, 20171.0Left because they closed my account because I had a zero balance for ten days. Did they tell me about it, no. It wasn’t until I was expecting a big deposit to hit the account to realize I don’t have an account any more. Also, they need to catch up with the times. Took them forever to get Apple Pay (which is difficult to setup with them) and even a chip. Still no tap to pay with card. I have also used them for business needs where at multiple locations, multiple times, they miscounted money, deposits and change orders.
