- MGMax GrabovAug 24, 20251.0I went on a birthday trip to Oklahoma, and my debit card from this bank was my main payment method. Every single transaction was declined without warning, even though I had submitted a travel notice in the app (a questionable feature to begin with). Instead of stopping fraudsters, the bank only made my life harder and ruined my trip. To make matters worse, customer support is only available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM — completely useless when you’re traveling. I’ll most likely be switching to another bank.

- JSj silNov 4, 20241.0This bank is for the rich and if you aint then move along I have 2k going in this bank every 2 weeks been with them 5 years ask for a loan and nope sorry we can’t help you went down the road to a credit union didn’t even have an account with these guys and got money on the spot and good interest too sad to say I’ll be leaving first financial and coming to this said credit union that’s where US poor people belong
