- MGMax GrabovAug 24, 20251.0I went on a birthday trip to Oklahoma, and my debit card from this bank was my main payment method. Every single transaction was declined without warning, even though I had submitted a travel notice in the app (a questionable feature to begin with). Instead of stopping fraudsters, the bank only made my life harder and ruined my trip. To make matters worse, customer support is only available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM — completely useless when you’re traveling. I’ll most likely be switching to another bank.

Opened up a personal account and business account. I like the fact that being a now Abilene local I’ll be able to put a face to those dealing with my hard earned money and help me manage it. First Financial Bank is the only bank, that I've banked with that charges you for every little job they do with your money. A bank takes your money and reinvests it in other ways or uses it as collateral to do things. First Financial makes money from your money and charges you extra money to do that. I call that double dipping. FFB, if someone deposits money into your bank, just use it to make yourself some money, don't charge/take money from the poor to make even more money for yourselves.
