- FFfhpd350Nov 14, 20251.0The absolute worat customer service ever. I have a loan through this FFB. For some reason I am unable to make the loan payments online, and am forced to call and make the payments over the phone. Today, 11/14/2025 I was put on hold for 15 minutes to wait for a 'customer service representative.' When they finally answered they were extremely rude and condescending. When asked if I wanted to make the payment with the same account and routing number they placed me back on hold for several more minutes. Ridiculously horrible customer service. Once this loan is paid off I will never do business with this establishment again.

I’ve done business with them since I was 14 years old and to this day I’ve only been able to use them on one mortgage and they sold it within a month after we finalized everything. Every car loan I ever applied for I gave them first shot and they were the worst terms every time. When it came time to get a small business account I went to another bank because why waste my time with first financial. Since last year I’ve switched banks and have partnered with an institution that actually cares about its users. I’d love to deal with my local bank but if the relationship is only beneficial to them then I’m done. I wish there was a zero star option.
