I often go in with several deposits and it takes a few minutes to count all of them. They are always patient and thorough. I have never felt anything but a valued customer whenever I am in this bank. Very friendly and relatable staff.

- MOMakayla OrtizJul 16, 20241.0Can’t use our cards for anything online, still doesn’t work in person half of the time, customer service just goes oh well it doesn’t show anything wrong with the card try again in a few minutes, called them multiple times trying to get stuff fixed. So over it and now we are going to switch banks.
- FFFlawless FailJul 15, 20241.0It's a joke. Forcibly switched from Capstar to this and now absolutely nothing works. Reoccurring payments, billing, using the card in general: nothing works. For a bank that apparently operates on a "national level" you would think they would be better suited for this. Guess not. Will update when or if they manage to get anything working. EDIT: The card works in person, but doesn't work for my reoccurring payments or any bills that I need to pay online. Kinda defeats the purpose of a debit card. I'm dropping this bank for something new, and I would honestly advise anyone else to do the same.
