The bank flagged my card for fraud after hours last night but says I have to wait until 8am to talk to someone and be able to use my card again. I was scheduled to be at work at 6:30am but I need my card to get gas before I go.
- PCPeggy CheneyMay 17, 20244.0I went in to open a new checking account after deciding to leave Bank of America. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. I was greeted immediately upon entering the building and was in the office of Faith within a minute of entering. Faith was very nice and super friendly. She helped me open an account, order free checks (for the over 55 crowd) and made me a Debit card on site. I left with everything I need. My only compaint if you will is their hours. They close by 5 M-F and aren't open at all on Saturdays. Very unusual. I do most of my banking online, but there are times where I do need to actually visit my bank.

- LGlatia grayMay 10, 20181.0So today as I'm getting my tires changed me and my daughter walked uptown so I can get money from the ATM. While walking my 2 year old says she has to use the restroom. When I entered this bank I asked the ladies, " Excuse me, where is your restroom?" JAN WARREN AND PRISCILLA MCMAHON swiftly responded, "we dont have public restrooms." I respond with, " Ma'am, my two year old has to go and we are walking." Again I get the same answer. NOT TO MENTION THESE WOMEN DIDNT KNOW IF I WAS PLANNING ON OPENING AN ACCOUNT OR NOT AFTERWARDS, BUT WE WERE TURNED AWAY.So I run out running up and down main street tring to find a building. I'm so mad, because clearly I was not a threat to them their business, or customers, and my two year old was forced to hold her bladder because these ladies wanted to be insensitive. I'd never bank there if it was the last one open.
