Not only could he not help, but he couldn't get me to anyone who could. Still on hold the last twenty minutes to fix FIRST BANK'S processing errors. Not only can they not answer the phone but they sent the wrong phone number on the processing paperwork. Wow! Amazing these people can count the money much less lend it!
