New customer! Just wanting to know a little more about my account so I went into the branch. We all know how awful it is to deal with online representatives, but the advisor GAYLE was very dismissive and didn’t help me at all. Barely allowing for me to complete the questions I was needing answers to, she said no to everything that I asked. Later after having to reach out to customer service I found out that everything that she said no to, she could’ve helped me do something about. Please be kind. I always go out of my way to be extra kind and understanding because everyone is short staffed every where but how she treated me was so unnecessary and will be taking my money out ASAP
