Do not consider banking with this particular financial institution. It falsely claimed that I had an account with them in the state of Florida when I have not even lived there and never banked with Truist, BB&T, or SunTrust Bank. The merger seems to have not made it a better financial institution. The banker claimed he was going to get back with me after making an appointment to open an account in response to its promotion. However, he never did after two months have elapsed. No wonder Truist has mediocre reviews. I would not recommend this bank to anyone as customer service is lacking and he seemed not to care.

I have been a customer of SunTrust, Truist for many years. Lately, however, it seems that the ATM is always down or out of cash. They really need to correct this issue asap.

This is the worst bank ever. I just recently opened up a checking account, had my employer set up direct deposit, then not even a week later they closed my account due to fraudulent activity without evening notifying me. I went into the branch and they couldn’t even give me proof of my account being closed and what fraudulent activity. They had me call a number which I kept calling only to be on hold for for ever. I’m so disappointed in this bank. I don’t recommend using this bank. No one could help me with anything. The fact they didn’t even contact me and just closed my account was suspicious.

I would like to send my appreciation to the branch leader matt jordan. Words can’t describe how kind and helpful he is. Our business was going through hardship during covid. Matt was there every time to help patiently and sympathize with our pain. Matt helped my husband go through the phase of hardship without ever getting frustrated with him asking the same questions over and over. Thank you dear Matt . Please have upper management recognize their great focus among them and appreciate them properly.
