- KCK CApr 6, 20175.0We have had nothing but great experiences with the staff here at Franklin Synergy. It's a small bank with a very personal feel that we have greatly appreciated. They walked us through a flawless home mortgage (our 3rd) and have since been our personal bank. The banking app could use some work, but it gets the job done. Oh and don't let the lack of ATMs scare you off. The fees for the first 5 ATM withdraws per month are paid for by the bank. We seldom use an ATM more than that.
