- MMMaria ManuelOct 30, 20251.0I’ve never been treated so poorly by a bank in my life. I waited approximately 20 minutes in the drive-through before I was greeted and then told I needed to come in, so I decided to go inside even after already WAITING — only to be met with complete disrespect from the “acting” branch manager, Mike. He was rude, dismissive, and downright unprofessional. When I asked for help, he actually told me he wasn’t talking to anyone in the bank other than another employee because that was “far more important” than me. WOW. There were zero customers inside mind you, and there was still a car in drive through waiting to be helped. The level of disregard for customers was shocking. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior for someone in a management position. If this is how this branch treats its customers, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere — and I’d advise others to do the same.
