- PCPatricia CloughOct 4, 20241.0Very unprofessional and inconsiderate about people’s time. Rude staff was a plus. Outdated and incompetent compared to other banks. Didn’t bother to inform us of policies related to our inquiries so we wasted 45 minutes while workers took their time walked around us and gossiped. Never has Navy Federal refuse to allow me to sign a check over to somebody for them to cash it. This establishment does not offer that. They only have one person who sets up accounts normal banks have multiple. Who after getting done was gossiping while we waited with a toddler. The teller I guess I picked the wrong people to bank through.
